Joe has dedicated himself fully to the real estate industry over the past 15 years and has professional real estate experience in mortgage and warehouse lending, corporate lending, asset underwriting, cashflow analysis, brokerage, and property management. His love of real estate and prudent investing runs deep and has enabled him to successful grow various related businesses. He completed a B.S. in Economics and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from NYU. Joe is a licensed real estate broker in California.

Property Management/Construction Management

John Henry began his real estate career when he was a student at Gonzaga University. He began cultivating his entrepreneurial spirit by purchasing and then managing an apartment complex in the Gonzaga area. Ever since he has focused his resources on growing our management and asset portfolios. His strong work ethic and drive to succeed has played an instrumental role in growth. His hands on experiences have given him invaluable lessons in management, construction management, and tenant relations/laws. He is able to adapt to ever changing landlord/tenant laws, processes, and legal challenges that may arise. He is in charge of all daily property management aspects of the Stella Maris RE portfolio, in addition to being the lead on all capital investment and rehab projects. He has a B.S. in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurial Leadership from Gonzaga University. John Henry is a licensed real estate broker in California.
